The movement for people who still believe work can be human

People are not resources.

You’re not a resource person. Not a headcount. Not an asset, a unit, or a line on a spreadsheet. And the language your workplace uses to describe you is never just words.

We believe people are human beings — not resources — and deserve to be treated that way at work, as a matter of plain dignity. This is a movement to make compassionate leadership the default, not the exception.

Where we stand

It's not anti-business. It's pro-human.

Calling people “resources” is a small linguistic habit with a big downstream effect: it quietly gives everyone permission to treat humans like inventory. We think you can run a serious, successful organisation without doing that. Here’s how we go about making the case.

1

Right, and it works

Dignity and common humanity aren’t up for debate — and compassionate leadership also produces better work and deeper loyalty. So this can’t be dismissed as soft, and it isn’t just productivity advice in nicer clothes.

2

Provocation, not preaching

We use wit as the crowbar — the klaxon, the fake training, the gentle mockery. But we aim at the language and the systems that normalise it, never at a named person. Anyone can join a movement. Nobody wants to join a pile-on.

3

Always constructive

Every joke sits next to something genuinely useful — a real reframe, a real idea you can use on Monday. We’re building an alternative, not just sneering from the sidelines.
